Patient Information
- To book an appointment, we need your contact details like your address, phone number, and email.
- Please bring your ID for your first appointment.
- Try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
- For your first appointment, we'll need you to fill out a medical history form. This helps with your consultation and treatment planning.
- If your medical history changes, tell the doctor.
- Perfect Skin Studio Ltd is the beauty part of Dr. Sabrina Shah-Desai's practice. Perfect Eyes Ltd is the medical part. Beauty treatments have VAT charges.
- Your info will be shared between both companies, but it will stay confidential and protected by data laws.
New Patient Appointments At Perfect Skin Studio
- Thorough consultation with an associate doctor = £100.
- Follow-up or review consultation = £50.
Consultation fees can be used to pay for treatments. For revision consultations, please send previous treatment documents to secretary@perfectskinstudio.co.uk before your appointment. We require full payment of your consultation fee to cover missed appointments and administration costs.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know at least 48 hours (2 working days, Mon-Fri) before your appointment if you need to cancel or change it. This helps us manage our schedule well. If you miss your appointment without telling us in time, the fee won’t be refunded.
If you’re not feeling well or having urgent dental treatment, please don’t come to the clinic. If you’re unsure, call Dr. Sabrina Shah-Desai’s team to discuss. Many treatments can’t be done if you’re unwell, like dental or sinus infections, fever, colds, cold sores, or skin infections.
If you get sick just before your appointment and need to cancel, show us a doctor’s certificate to get back any deposit you paid.
Appointment Guidelines
- Come to your appointment without makeup so we can take clinical photos.
- You should come to appointments alone, unless you need a chaperone. Let us know before your appointment if you need one.
- The building has facilities for people with disabilities, like a ramp and toilet.
- If you need an interpreter, tell us beforehand so we can arrange it.
- After getting Toxin treatment, we offer follow-up appointments for free. We don't offer free top-ups for fillers. Free top-ups for Toxin are only available within 2-3 weeks after treatment.
- New patients have consultations first. Usually, we don't do treatment on the first visit unless there are special circumstances and we agree beforehand.
- Bring some form of ID to your first consultation appointment.

- You'll know the total cost of your treatment plan and any follow-up treatments before we start.
- You pay the full amount when you get treated.
- We take debit and credit cards, but not cash.
- You can ask about finance options to the team for further details about how to apply for this through PLIM Limited.
- For certain treatments or situations, we might ask for a deposit.

Even though we promise great service, honest advice, safe treatment, and top products, we can’t ensure your results. We can’t give refunds if your results aren’t what you expected or if you change your mind after starting treatments. Skin care products can’t be returned or refunded.
